Good questions, straight answers

Can you make a ring from my own sketch or a photo?
Yes. HATO works from references, sketches, mood-boards and even AI-generated concepts, and turns them into a ring made for your story.
Are the prices in the 3D designer real?
They come from HATO’s own “make your own ring” price list for each shape, carat and setting, including 3% GST. The studio confirms the final price once you choose the exact certified stone and metal.
Which diamond shapes can I choose?
Round, oval, pear, princess, emerald and marquise in the designer — other shapes, including cushion, radiant and heart, are available on request.
Can I upgrade the diamond later?
Ready designs can be exchanged or upgraded for life, with diamonds credited at 80% of current value. Custom commissions are excluded from exchange and buyback, so we take extra care to get them right the first time.
